      5 C min reading thermo 160 miles N of Regina. Foggy, again 100% humidity. Winter wheat is sprouted, according to NET.

          Was zero at my place yesterday morning around 7am. Hotter and sunny today though, maybe a high pressure ridge will settle in and help out you guys?
