Manitoba Farmers Finding only 60 Acres Left on Some Quarters!

Today manitoba's farm organization is stating farmers are finding 100 acres to a low 60 left to harvest after summers rain. Hm I found in peas with the GPS mapping that out of 320 acres we harvested 108 with some sort of yield the rest was dead 0 production.
Expect the same in all crops looks good from road once in really tells the story. Yes some well drained fields are perfect plus some loam fields to sandy are excellent.
But oh wait its all good news on the Agriculture front in Canada right.

    RAIN MAKES GRAIN!
Rained in eastern Sask Dugouts are full again, no need for water rationing in Eastern Sask for livestock or Irrigation. Crop prospects for 2011 look Excellent. 2012 probably will be excellent also.
    Have a good day.

    More Good news later today.

180 degree opposite situation heard somewhere near Grande Prairie, combining as we type, 30 bu/ac CWRS, dry, high pro. Who wouldn't be satisfied with that in the flood zone?
