Hursch and the barley growers guru were on the radio shortly after the announcement absolutely astounded at how fast this announcement was made, what would have been astounding is if those boys would have left that meeting with all their "parts" had they not made an announcement. What was new? Nothing at all we already had the 15 cover crop and former NDP 10 dollars, so big deal 5 dollars more and a name change to agri-recovery. This is not just about individual farmers this about communities as a whole. -
