1st heard the same song last time prices rose. The US farmer missed the boat they sold already. Hm been their heard that.
Second we are officially stuck with the CWB till at least next August. Even if Harper grew a set of Balls and ended the CWB it would not end till next summer. Were stuck with this one till then. I for one will sell 75% of my production as soon as the BPC get to my price HRS will crash sooner or later once news stops in next while but if the Australians and Argentineans get dry and we freeze. LOOK OUT>

How would anyone know what they have already sold?

How can anyone be ok letting some nameless person in Winnipeg decide when to price the wheat for their farm?

Do none of you wheat board lovers not just once want to take full responsibility for the pricing opportunities that the rest of the world can enjoy?

For God's sake even your fellow Canadians in Ontario are laughing at you western dupes missing out on a decent run in pricing.

Or are you just too scared you might have to admit that the free market might not be too bad?

      Cowards.

Are you trying to say that FPC are the same as an open market?

grain companies are complicit in their support for the monopoly (monopsony is the correct term) as they make more money on cwb grain than any other commodity, just give me what I have in canola, the option to be accountable and responsible for my own actions......great rally happening, but just like the last one we do not have the transparency to execute our own disciplined marketing program...like we do in Canola

When the price of durum jumped a few years ago the CWB said how lucky Canadian farmers were as the Americans all sold thier crop early for much less. The next year the Americans sold earlier for much more. And this year did the CWB sell early for less. CWB is marketing better 1 out of 3 years. Luck or good marketing? The worst part we are forced to pay these guys good money for all this..

The boys are still sitting on 35,000 bu of 2009 Canola Agstar.

Maybe they should phone someone else to see if that was a smart thing to do?
