Land prices are about to do the same as the U.S. housing market IMO.

Does that also apply to quota pricing?

Howdy boys . I do agree with sf3 . Over here where I live, north of Maple Creek Sk. there are a lot of farmers , and a few in particular that it doesnt seem what the price is , they just go and buy it. Just about all of the deeded farmland out here has about half the yield as what anything over by Regina or Indian Head where land has traded for 256000/quarter. That being said even in my neck of the woods I dont figure how they think that land will pay for itself. Fear, loathing and greed are whats fueling the land prices over here. I also think that some of these guys are suffering from some twisted form of penis envy. It makes me sake my head because there is no way young guys like me will be able to expand. Maybe lotto max will come my way some day!
