      Is there really a need to go? Directors telling us that things are getting better and eventually all will be well. Powerpoint presentations to lull you to sleep. 70 year old farmers who have the farm paid off thinking that they own the company somehow. 50 Hutterites showing up for a free meal and coffee in Vulcan.

      Anybody heard from the chairman lately?
