    Mutual funds

    Cant keep a good fund man down.

    Sprott precious metals is the top canadian performing mutual with 139 percent gain ytd.

    It is managed by the great,great,John Embry.

    Am i lucky or smart?

      I have some RB Precious Metals Fund that I bought when Embry was at Royal Bank. Done good for me. My Sprott precious metals, is up about 50%. The gold stocks don't seem to be appreciating as much as they should considering the gold price. GoldCorp should be well over $50(IMHO).

          It will soon go to their head. What do mutual fund managers take average 2 percent of total value every year for themselves. What are the manager's take now when they make that much? Soon thy will crash and still take their share and you will be left with what is left. Get out now while your ahead.

              What the hell are you talking about hopper?
              Your capital has to be put somewhere
              Even if its ubder your matress you've lost massive amouts of purchasing power
              Sprott and embry are aware of things you've never contiplated
