Should have been some good freeze drying going on last night, it was minus 9 here at one time. The canola just seemed a quite wet last night yet at 4 am. I would guess over 25. Hope snow stays away today, heard large snow flakes falling in Saskatoon.

After going out to check the canola and wheat 25 would not even have been close.
And after this snow fall looks like cost of drying and harvesting just went way up.Comment

We combined as long as we could but quit before the combines blew up, then whent over to the neighbours to finsh him up. Never combines anything so tough as last night.Comment

We completed harvesting the canola in the snow Saturday AM (cannot say finished because we will not be finished until we dry it!) Wish I had a camera... amd the forecast looks good for next week, so we may even get that flax.Comment
