Heres a little tidbit on gopher control. An old rancher told me about it in the auction mart last year. Take the poisoned grain you get from your farm supply store(the stuff that doesn't kill many gophers) and soak it in anti-freeze for a couple of days. Make sure you put it down the hole so birds etc. don't get it. The gophers just love it because it's so sweet and it really does a number on them.
