I enjoy beef. Used to have our own but culled our way out of the business...bought my first half ever in as long back as I can remember anyway. Chicken next, pork last. I really do think it is kinda a rich man's meat.... don't take offense CowGirl/Boys.... just like grain farming-- there's others adding to the meat counter cost of what you produce.
