    another e.coli outbreak

    another E.coli H7:0147 with 16 sick...I haven't seen any Health Hazard Alerts from CFIA so I thought we needed to keep a level playing field..This time not XL and not even from a cow source GF...The culprit is spinach

          I was at a meal that included several ranching types the other night and one such rancher refused the salad because the pathogen risk is higher on salad than the meat. Maybe that is how we inform the pubic.
