I read where the Manatoba beef producers want to be able to sell there crown grazing leases without a third party involved , I would be interested in how these leases are administered now.
Is there resource revenue involved ?
    How much per AUM?
Mabey its all a big secret there to?

I haven't read too much on it, but there was a story about them wanting the ability to pass the lease on to children, etc. without being forced to open them up to outside parties getting them. Some of the crown lands are part of operations that are long term, and they don't want to "break up the family ranch", to put it one way.

No resources involved that I know of. Just grazing. Couldn't guess what the cost is. There is no crown land available anywhere near us.
