USA dairy industry wants no labelling for aspartame

U.S. dairy industry petitions FDA to approve
aspartame as hidden, unlabeled additive in milk,
    yogurt, eggnog and cream

Is the dairy industry leadership trying to destroy
consumer faith in milk? If this is allowed in USA
    will Canada follow?

How short sighted are these guys? Aspertame is really bad stuff. Poison the food supply for a few bucks.....disgraceful.

As are glyphosates and shit like ractopomine. Aspertame has just been around a little longer. Why is it that we jump on new stuff so fast and then look at the true effects later. Not the best practice when it comes to food me thinks. Oh yes, I forgot, its all about making money.

I guess it's OK to put toxic substances in yogurt marketed for children without a label, but heaven forbid someone should feed their family Canadian beef without being warned on the label.

          Good grief.............

Hopefully this won't go through. I suggest
            Canadians make a submission also.

If this is allowed then manufactured foods sold
from the USA and even made here (with USA milk
products) will contain aspartame - unbeknownst to
            the consumer. Baby formula!

This is about killing people and messing up the
            brain, pancreas.

Please write your MPs as well. Phone into radio
programs like Rutherford, get the word out!

There is an article floating around the internet about how ants and house flies won't eat aspertame. Maybe the dairy industry is trying to keep the pests out of the food? LOL

Watch or pvr Dr. Oz today, April 1, for a
discussion on this issue ie: aspartame in milk
                without labelling.
