    County of st.paul. Sold for $700,000.00

          That $18,500/yr is of no 'Net Benifit' to the
          rancher. It only compensates him for the loss of
          use and adverse affect. This compensation
          essentially puts the rancher back at zero. )

              2.6% annual return on capital through lease
              revenue alone. Not bad in the current climate.
