    Baby calves

    Does anyone have an idea of what baby calves are going for? Off the farm that is. I imagine the price is different for bulls vrs. heifers.

      I have heard $500 - $750, but I have not bought or sold any.

          I have seen them advertised for $400 to $500 in Manitoba. It's not worth the risk of bringing in a disease though, imho.

              Sold a day-old twin beef heifer last week for $600. Buyer and seller both very happy.
