I see by the link that they do admit chickens naturally are omnivorous. Good. Because they are. People need to accept that. One of my hens caught a mouse yesterday, and kept it from the dog!

Kind of makes me think about the story I read this summer about the people who just about killed their new kitten because they were feeding it a vegetarian diet. Animals like cattle, who are natural vegetarians shouldn't be fed byproducts, but I have no problem with the little hunters that chickens are being fed them.

They did a test of dna from a T Rex skeleton once, and the animal existing today that was the closest match was, you guessed it, the domestic chicken.
