Fairly decent rain last night!

East of Penhold probably well over an inch and a half and still raining lightly this AM.
There are going to be some awesome crops out there.

It's been weird this year with all the rain out in some
parts of the east country that's normally dry. Hardisty
rodeo rained off etc. We have missed a heck of a lot
this year with rain bands passing north and south of
us. Folks 6 miles north of us have had more than 3
inches more rain than us. Still, can't complain as we
are in pretty good shape. We got 3/4 overnight and
drizzled all morning.

We were getting pretty dry, until this weekend, that is. We've had a couple of real good rains now, and I swear the corn grew a foot in the past day. We had a bit of hay down, but the good it did the corn far outweighed the damage it did the hay.
