      Youngstown area saw anywhere from 6 to 8 inches of rain last Tuesday. Highway 9 had water running over it. The Blood Indian reservoir/park is flooded - big time flooded, and the residents living on a nearby farmsite, just under the Blood Indian dam were evacuated.
