Feeder cattle futures

Looks like the last 3 months of gains in the feed
futures charts are gone. Hopefully but not likely
the end of the slide. Kind of like oil hitting the
skids!

Although oil is "skidding", have you noticed the retail price?

86.9 for dyed diesel here. I am hoping by this fall
pump retail will catch up somewhat with the
barrel price. I want to v-cut 2 or 3 quarters of
bush. Takes about 1100 to 1200 liters per
quarter. Piling will be 2 or 3 times that amount.

Have you sold the pulpwood off your new land already AF?

Friend of mine at Manning put $800 per acre in his pocket last winter after logging costs. That would pay for most of your clearing.
