What did the Land sell for Saturday Hodgins sale?

Basically about $430K/ quarter. It was complicated as they sold three 5 acre lots out of the three quarters for $150 K each, the remaining 155 acres went for around $430K avg. The fourth quarter had a fairly large acreage out the owner kept and the land sold for about the same per acre.

Spoke to someone yesterday who said the first million
dollar quarter had just been sold in their area. That
would be west of Airdrie, north of Cochrane.

What did the Land sell for Saturday Hodgins sale?
