    No Manitoba ranchers left standing? It has been a series of tough years culminating in another difficult spring.

      Last time I heard, they had a pile of money that they haven't disbursed. They are supposed to be giving some to a plant in Winnipeg, but it's all been pretty quiet.

      We get our checkoff money refunded. They're going to have to show a lot more progress and will to help out before we're comfortable going without so they can bank it and sit on it.
