Another reason to have bills 19, 36 and 50 overturned

One of the changes made under Bill 50 will see the building of additional powerlines, paid for by the citizens of Alberta but benefiting only power line builders and electricity exporters. The price tag is $16 billion - we only spend $12 on Healthcare in this province last year. The $16 billion will be paid for by Alberta electricity users - farmers will see their power bills at least double, small businesses increase 3 or 4 fold and big business much larger increases. The big industrial users of power have already announced many of them will not be able to pay power bills 10 or more times their existing size - they will leave the province and take the jobs with them.
This is insanity - we have got to stop it. We had better start telling urban consumers that their power bills will double as well because we need a mass uprising against this outfit PDQ.

There are only a few options, for why an MLA would pass these bills:
1. Incompetent(and illiterate)
2. Paid off, for personal gain.
3. Scared, threatened personally or threats against the communities of AB, by those corporations and individuals pushing this agenda. Threats can include economic threats, not just physical.

One of the most offensive clauses of the Land Stewardship Act (which splits AB up into 7 regions,... is section 9(2)(e) which states:

"Without limiting subsection (1), a regional plan may:
(e) manage whatever is necessary to achieve or maintain an objective or policy, including managing all or part of the cause of an effect or those matters that affect or that might affect the economy, social objectives, the environment, human health or safety, a species or any element of any of them;"

Manage is defined in this act as:

"Manage includes prohibit or regulate and control;"

This is Orwellian. Truly a "1984, Big Brother" agenda. [Agenda 21] This one clause means "regional plans" can control every aspect of society and human and animal activity. We are slaves under this act, considered no more important than the micro-organisms in the soil, or the pesky deer in our hay-stacks. Humans are merely a "resource", part of the environment which the Lt. Governor in Council will MANAGE.

They have been managing us for decades, especially through the "curriculum" of our education systems. Teaching kids to become good employees, not independent thinkers. Teaching them "Darwinism/evolution" so they think of themselves as a parasite on the Earth; unworthy of special treatment or consideration. We have failed our children. It is time to stand against this tyranny.
