Lawyer Keith Wilson Bills 36, 19, 50 two meetings

Here is the information from the Alberta Surface Rights Federation regarding the November 22, 2010 "Special Meeting".

    http://www.albertasurfacerights.ca/nav/press/specialmeeting.pdf

Note: Lawyer Keith Wilson will be speaking on Bills 19, 36 and 50 in the afternoon. Don't miss it!

    ALSO:

Keith Wilson will be speaking in Medicine Hat on November 25, at the Medicine Hat Lodge - 7 PM.

Topics of both engagements are the draconian legislation passed by our Alberta government = Bills 36 Land Stewardship Act, Bill 19 The Land Assembly Project Area Act, and Bill 50 The Electric Statutes Amendment Act. Note/suggestion: All these bills are already passed by the Legislature, they no longer are referred to as Bill this or that #. For best effect with the media, etc. try to refer to them by name.

These legislation, along with many more that have been passed and will be passed are to keep our governments and people (serfs) in line with international agreements over-lorded by the United Nations "AGENDA 21"

    AGENDA 21 -

    Agenda21:
    http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/
    from site:
"Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.

Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.

The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.

The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002."

clip from news article where-in Wilson spoke to the Freehold Owners association:

[...Wilson said the most contentious bill for association members is Bill 36 the Alberta Land Stewardship Act which the government claims sets the bar for responsible regional planning.

He said cabinet will set the plans for the seven regions identified in the Land-use Framework in five-year periods.

“It expressly states in the Act that a regional plan can amend or extinguish existing rights, licences, approvals land titles, including mineral titles.

“There’s no right to compensation of mineral title or any other government issued rights or licences.”

He also said the Act states there’s no right to appeal.

Wilson said the bill also takes away the fundamental right of people to take a land issue to court.]

So, there's one meeting in Medicine Hat - where's the other meeting? Is there a reason for these meetings being held where they are? What about the rest of Alberta?

First meeting is in Camrose November 22 (Monday). Keith will speak in the afternoon at 1 pm. This is a "special" Alberta Surface Rights meeting, with more info in the morning on pipelines, powerlines, etc. see link above.

The meeting in Medicine Hat, I was told, is "probably" organized by a landowners association. However, that is just rumor to me.

If you want Keith to speak in your area, I suggest you get his number from the AB Surface Rights group, and call him.

Keith was a big help with the Grazing Lease Holders battle against the consolidation of the regulations, and the subsequent illegal changes (Thurber Report/Bill 31 from 1998 on)[note: when government said they were going to condense these 27 regs into one, they were not allowed to make changes or add new rules, BUT they did.

I have spoken with Keith about the illegal new Animal Health Act, and he was as upset as I am about it. Without deep pockets to fight government, who will take on these legal battles? Especially when our representative associations go along with this enslavement.

What Keith may, or may not realize, it that these new laws are not just a provincial thing, but a global agenda. Our local, provincial and federal governments are surrendering their authority to international agreements. Our politicians are either stupid or they are knowingly colluding with corporations to shove through their projects, against the will of the people.

Soon, we will be so hog-tied by these international agreements, we won't be able the sh*$ without asking how, where and getting a permit first.

I want to know when are the people and our so-called representative associations, going to realize you can't fix bad legislation visa "working with the government". Sometimes you have to stand against their legislation, and just say NO! (even after they've passed it)

If we continue to cow-tow to the bureacratics and mindless MLAs, they well bury us, once and for all.

Poorly advertised unfortunately as I only saw it in the local paper this morning - why wasn't this all over radio and other media?
