New ABP policy?

I note the latest ABP board meeting minutes are not printed in full on their website yet. Instead we have a "BOD meeting Summary" which basically tells us nothing. This seems inconsistent with the outcome of the ABP review that showed the organization needed to make a better job of communicating what they were doing to producers. I guess it's a good way to fight people like me who are apt to quote the occasional piece of information that otherwise would not be common knowledge.

Grassfarmer, actually we are trying to be more transparent. We've never posted minutes from a board meeting until they are approved at the next meeting. So in order to get information out quicker to producers, here is a summary of what was discussed. The minutes from the January meeting will be approved at the February meeting in a few weeks and then will be posted. In the meantime, we wanted to let people know a summary of what was discussed ahead of time.

OK, I guess I owe you an apology there loric. It's always pleasing to see increased transparency.Speaking of which could you tell me if there is anywhere I can access a copy of the ABP constitution? There are parts of the workings of the organization that I don't understand which are perhaps covered in the constitution.
