    Strahl and Ritter

After months of not seeing any open market business plan from the cwb: Minister Strahl himself decided to send Ken Ritter a letter in his own handwriting to let him know he was still waiting to see the boards plan.

Ritter opened the letter and it appeared to contain a coded message: 370HSSV-0773H

Ritter was baffled, so he e-mailed it to Bill Toews. Toews had no clue either, so he sent it to the NFU. No one could solve it so it went to CIGI, then to the CGC.

With no clue as to its meaning, they eventually asked the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange for help. The WCE contacted the CWB:

"Tell Ritter he's holding the message upside down."

              Agstar,

Are you saying it doesn't add any value to mock and belittle those to whom one disagree with?

              Hmmm?

Well asking pertinent questions to the CWB directors who participate on this site doesn't seem to add any value either.

You at least responded to the JOKE.

Let's see if you respond to a legitimate question. This way we can all judge which approach has more "value".

              Preamble to the question.

Considering the barley vote results and considering that this is a clear indication that most farmers don't want the cwb to have a monopoly in barley.

Question; With respect to the regulatory changes being made with barley, In whose interest, other that the directors themselves, is it, for the cwb or any other entity supporting the cwb, to challenge the federal government in court?

Agstar considering the fact that you will be using those very same farmers money to fight their clearly expressed wishes, this is a question the directors need to answer.

Agstar, you prove my point, there is far more value in mocking the cwb than trying to get anywhere by asking resonable questions.
