Tree Huggin' Tory's can you believe it!! Look at a poll and suddenly they love the environment! They might as well be Liberals, going any way the wind blows. Yup, they know how to fool the peasants. Is there any party out there that has a policy and sticks with it? There is but, none of them know how to suck the peasants into voting for them.

I think any party that intends to get elected and form a government has to address the concerns of the populace? No other option really?
Suppose the Conservative party said "No, we don't think you people know anything and we aren't going to do one damned thing about the environment (or health care or whatever the popluar flavor of the day is!)"! Where would they be...well they would be gone? That is the reality of a democracy!
