On Sat. Feb 3 SAIT in Calgary is having a barley baking competition. This is happening during thier open house and at least 25 students will be showcasing thier products. The competition is sponsored by the AB Barley Commission. Come out and see what other uses for barley there are other than beer and livestock feed.
