Hi Guys... sad news... Ed is gone.

We must get past this CWB thing...

Tom,have heard.I liked to say Ed probably `forgot` more about all those programs than most people ever knew!!If you want to carpool Monday call.Just back from the hill so am looking for feedback and a couple hours car ride would be healthy.

I would also like to express my sadness at Ed's untimely death and express condolences to his family.

Ed was a mentor in that he always knew how to ask the right questions and probe for answers when needed. He will missed.

Our industry lost a great one and is a sad day indeed. Few if any in Canada had a greater passion for and knowlege in safety nets and a genuine care and understanding for producers. He will be missed.
