    Todays the day!

The day to throw those rascals out! The day to start the process of tracking down all the criminals in the Liberal party!
Who knows how high that might go? Anne Mcklellan is the latest Liberal to fall under the cloud of suspiscion on allegations of voter fraud!...and on and on it goes.
For all you "undecided" eastern voters: mark my words...today you get to decide if this country is going to remain a country? You vote these scoundrels back in and watch how fast this country implodes! Western seperatists are just licking their lips at the possibility that you might elect enough Liberals to hold on with the help of their lapdogs the NDP! This is your last kick at the can.

Well hopefully after today the trend will start to reverse? I think it is imperative that a new government hunt down all the thieves and prosecute them and demand restitution before they are ever let out of jail! They should be required to forfeit their property if it was gotten through graft and corruption?
Adscam is obviously only the tiniest tip of the iceberg? Time to look at the whole rotten mess?
A complete look at all the criminal activity is the only way the public can ever have faith in their government? If you have ever read the book "On the Take" about the Mulrooney years, you should be horrified by the outright theft of the Canadian taxpayers money? Realize that Mulrooney wasn't an aberration...just business as usual! Jean and Paul took the whole thing to new heights, without a doubt?
Is it too much to ask our politicians to take care of the business of government without trying to steal everything in the store? Who is to blame if we let these Mafia like politicians get away with it? You vote Liberal you send them the message it is okay to steal! Make the change today!

When I went to vote the lady at the polling station said there was a very large turnout for so early in the day. And this is a BLUE conservative riding.

...well cowman...toronto tried their best to keep the crooks in... at least there has been a change...the problem now is if the liberals can find a strong leader ...the next election canada will go back to being red...too many big population areas wanting big govt to look after them from cradle to grave...

Pual Martin is steppin' down and will probably go hide(retire)in the Bahamas and reunite with his shipping fleet.

blackjack: Without a doubt you read the situation very well. It is kind of sad when you see the big urban centers vote in thieves and crooks just to save their own "entitlements" and degenerated morals and lifestyles!
It is strange to watch how Alberta elected a solid slate of Conservatives with massive majorities while the likes of Toronto elected only thieves and a few commies? Kind of tells you something?

I'll play devil's advocate and ask you to think about a different point of view. What if they saw it as keeping the devil they knew versus the one they didn't know? Perception is reality and it could very well be that their perceptions of the Conservatives are not what they are out here.

There is a shift occuring in the power base as it slowly swings West if for no other reason than the red hot economy here. As Ontario looses it's manufacturing sector through lay-offs and simply people just wanting to come and work out here it creates a very different dynamic than any have been used to. Change is inevitable and there is likely some difficulty in watching the change that is taking place.

What if it was something as simple as too great an unknown?

No cakado, if you look at Canadian political history it is outright eastern bigotry towards anything western once again. Nothing new here...be it Diefenbaker, Manning, Day, Klien or Harper. The Toronto area will not support any politcal party unless they run it!!

Notice the eastern media commentary stating that what we have now is a urban rural split...how insulting to Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Halifax etc!!!

Be honest and recognize it for what it is.
