Are vegans allowed to eat carnivorous plants?
Do they hate themselves because they themselves are animals?
(Sorry, few too many days in the tractor) but legit questions.

Guess it depends if carnivore plants are considered sentient or not. I wouldn’t consider them more sentient than any other plant.
I do think many vegans have self loathing issues 😂

The reason veganism is pushed is because in the animal kindom the most docile and lowest iq animals are herbivores. Think of a hawk, a wolf, or a bear all very cunning and aggressive compared to a sheep or antelope. A child fead meat at a young age will have a noticeably larger cranium as well as score higher on iq tests. For example Aggy and Chucky likely grew up on soy burgers and tofu. Would explain alot.

I've known a few really mean cows. But there is no doubt that veganism is harmful to a biological omnivore who has the eye placement and pupil shape of a predator. Not sure how things could evolve in a physiological sense if there were many generations of veganism. Maybe they wouldn't last long enough to find out.

Another question. From your perspective does it make sense to exclude cows milk but breast milk is OK?
Hmmmm....humans, they make all sorts of rules for themselves but then find or create loopholes to suit what they can't figure out.

Well it wasn’t too long ago we didn’t think breast milk was good and formula was best so….
Historically food logic makes little sense.
Don’t vegans say milk isn’t required past babyhood? Now if they start drinking breast milk as adults, then they’d be weirdos!
