    Undrip

Did anyone listen to Gormley’s program bringing attention to the danger that Undrip, a United Nations provision to protect the rights of the Indigenous People. Along with protecting their treaty rights, Indigenous are interpreting that to mean they have veto rights against the governments. The Onion Lake Band has initiated a law suit to contest Saskatchewan First legislation. The Provincial control over minerals is also in the Native crosshairs. The Native Chief on Gormley is voicing concern that if they do nothing to force their play now, they will end up with nothing. Furthermore, Trudeau is working on legislation that enshrines the equalization formula as it stands until 2029. So Quebec is insured their inequitable share in perpetuity.

Treatys and similar legislation are only ceremonial in nature, they have no real teeth. But that could change and they would have to open the constitution to do so, or get Justin to trash it and do it anyway.

The natives are working with UNDRIP because its a back door into everything. Nations that we sell to then adopt some reparation act in sympathy and wont buy product unless we have ticked off their DEIS boxes.

DEIS = diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability

If you are mad seeing checkoffs going to farm groups, then you are going to be livid seeing them go to natives.

The equalization grab can be reverse gamed with the right Premier at the helm in AB.

Let them have it all back just the way it was when the “Occupiers” arrived. It’s all so much BS. We are all treaty people is right, settlers that got conned into coming over here with big promises and busted their asses grubbing out trees and living in sod houses to provide food for the Crown. Now their ancestors are being repaid by being taxed to death and told we’re ruining the world by providing plenty of well, everything.

chuck told us the natives got all the bad land. Hmmm, lets see if thats true.

I count 50 sections here that could have been farmed. I calculate $25-35M dollars in annual crop revenue.

Instead, shes all poverty. No oil wells, no cattle, no bison, no industry, no infrastructure, just nothing.

This is a zero sum scheme.

All humans are born equally with equality and without segregation or differences.

Ironically the “woke” notions that we are required to end all “racial” discrimination and treat all of humanity equally… gives certain people the right to discriminate against any human that they deem subhuman???

What a scam… sucking and blowing at the same time… hypocrisy at its finest.

Just lawyers schemes to bleed out the great masses of humanity who will allow them selves to be deceived .

          Cheers

Apparently there is a big move locally to join the acknowledgement virtue signal train at every opportunity and announcement. I suggest the following:
We acknowledge those native peoples who in 1899 ceded, surrendered, and yielded up forever all their rights, titles and privileges to these lands to the government of Canada.

The exact wording from the treaty they signed is:
            “
the said Indians DO HEREBY CEDE, RELEASE, SURRENDER AND YIELD UP to the
Government of the Dominion of Canada, for Her Majesty the Queen and Her successors for ever, all their rights, titles and privileges whatsoever, to the lands.
            “

The biggest losers are the Indians. There are two main ways of looking at life.
            - One is that if you're conscientious and avoid crime and substance abuse, you will succeed.
            - The other is that you have no chance because people are prejudiced against you and owe you reparations.
