    If the shoe fits…

    If not… then they wouldn’t strike and demand a 30% increase….blackmail… treason.

Personal experience, multiple examples… if we complain… as they say in Vegas…

    “The House always wins”…. Insanity.

Impossible to change corrupted government… they are simply following their fearless leaders… Trudeau and all his corrupted minions. Since we fail to remove them… a license to steal us blind… without prejudice.

    Cheers

Actually 14.5 over 3 years. Government 9 over 3 years. This would be going back 2 years. How can they be essential and yet you say they don't do anything? Whine about government control and at same time ordering them back to work.

[QUOTE=TOM4CWB;564853]Federal workers are essential workers…therefore Should have no strike rights. They are blackmailing the government… this should be criminal treason and sedition…. They can quit if they don’t want to work for a living.

Or, They can quit if they want to work for a living.

Except the CO2 tax is just more job security for the employees of the CRA. That means they get to hire even more people, which makes for an even stronger union to extort the taxpayers, more union dues etc.

It's almost a conflict of interest.

This is going to cost canadians one way or another. If this group gets preferential treatment to work from home permanently and a raise on top of that, people are going to be livid.

If they are forced back to work via legislation, the PSAC will be pissed and tard Singh said he wont vote for it.

Love seeing a mental midget like Trudeau backed into a corner.

Best line I saw yesterday regarding the public disservice of canuckistan: "Give us your ugly, stupid and useless, and we will giver them a job tormenting their BETTERS for the rest of their lives." To all retired psac on here, that included you. Hope this strike last forever.

All of Trudeaus little vote buying grift is administered by these PSAC zombies. So no $1.47 per day grocery rebate. No carbon tax rebates. No tax or gst refund, no passports etc etc.

                  Love it

Lets not forget the fact that Trudeau expanded the public service by tens of thousands of new leeches and gave them lots of benefits and 10s of billions of new canada debt to doll out for votes. And he still got a strike out of it.

The same bad government policy that made cross border truckers be required to be vaccinated allowed for federal employees to work from home. Now these same federal workers are striking for more pay but to also continue working from home. Logic tells me if you don’t have to commute to work this reduces your daily costs somewhat. Yet these employees want a higher raise than offered plus the ability to continue working from home which should make life more affordable. Personally I am interested if there are security issues related to working from home as far as security of the information on the computer. One article I read said the strike was costing Canada $200 million a day, certainly not cheap. The fact remains the same bad paranoid government policy that caused the freedom convoy is now a contributing cause of the federal strike.

Apparently we are in the midst of a climate emergency, caused in no small part by commuters driving their cars to work.

Our current federal government seems to be willing to sacrifice our standard of living to fight this supposed emergency.

A large group of these commuters are volunteering to stay at home, thus reducing their CO2 footprint. In fact, internet access, and using computers also use energy, furthering the climate crisis, it would be better for the environment if they didn't work at all, even at home.

It seems to me that letting them stay at home perpetually would be the right thing to do for the sake of the climate.

The government apparently wanted the truckers to stay home, they even made it illegal for them to cross the border to do their jobs so they had to stay home. But instead of staying home, they commuted to Ottawa.

I propose a simple solution, let them both stay at home, leave the CRA on strike at home, tell the truckers they can't burn diesel to do their jobs because of climate change.

See which group we start begging to come back to work first.

See which group we never actually miss at all. Then fire all of them.

The cost of the civil service has increased by 50% in the 7 years Justin Trudeau has been Prime Minister!

Psac at 13.5 for three years . Cra wants 30. 35 to 40 thousand are deemed essential and cannot strike.
