So the big rains have been taken out in winter wheat area ?

“Areas where winter wheat is in bad shape… some have been zeroed out by crop insurance…. Frost could force second growth of tillers?”
Will it matter at this stage ? Just curious, they keep trying to save this winter wheat crop . But the writing on the wall I think , it’s going to be 50-60% below normal no matter the weather from here forward.

Tom4cwb why do you only post USA weather? Stephen Harper invested $134 Mil of our $ into a better forecast system and you copy and paste US weather. Seems weird coming from a big supporter.

I take live pictures from the RFDTV satellite feed… no Other daily commodity/ag forecast programming… RFDTV do forecasts and maps of Canadian prairies… but we have very little impact/effects on daily commodity prices … canola seems to be along for the ride… wheat elevator basis in Canadian prairies a local variable….

Part of the joys of having wheat prices by basis’…off Mini (spring wheat)and Kansas (CPS)exchanges…

Environment Canada forecasts seem to have very poor accuracy possibly starting around Covid lockdowns.

They must be working from home and the Inclusive and Diverse hiring practices must have replaced any of the old Boomers that thought an accurate 7 day forecast was more important than a 30 yr climate change model.

The little graphics with the sun or the clouds were as accurate as they could get but now they use a Raincloud graphic for the 30% possibility.

Another government expenditure PP could drive a stake in as they are a Zombie with no value.

Don’t forget the Climate Change on the end of the name now. You know exactly what their job is once they added that, to push the narrative and spread the propaganda.

If you think anyone in politics is going to do anything for you, you are sadly mistaken. They are all infected, and don't have to be bitten to turn. Just ask any of the walking dead crew.

Resolute radar down for spring-summer repair. Likely only affects old cowzilla!!!

RFDTV is definitely the best Ag TV channel. Nice to be able to watch live or after the fact.
