Expect tinkering with Capital Gains to make the "rich guy" pay more tax. Reply With Quote

The carbon taxes increases….will fix it all…save us from all our existential threats…

Slight of Freeland…. We won’t notice…. Like PM Trudeau said… our bank accounts will just balance themselves …. Just like the Canadian Budget….

Can not believe any farmer that markets their grain does not realize what caused inflation. If you feel taxes are a problem do the math and take a look what our provincial government revenue when inflation spiked. Scott Moe increase in taxes cost me more than the carbon tax in a year.Made me laugh when polly said farmers pass on the carbon tax .Since when can a farmer pass on their cost of production. I am getting tired of conservative MPs saying farmers are causing higher food inflation as well. We can't look at our costs and charge more like everyone else in the chain. And include a profit. Reply With Quote

  • Mar 28, 2023 | 18:24 15 Won’t matter which party is in power. U will never fix the corruption and mismanagement. How can u expect a new government to fix the old government’s stupidity without being punted. Cycle of stupidity continues forever with the system we have and none of them wanna fix it because the cash cow keeps paying them. Capitalism is great as long as u have people in charge with common sense and decency. We have lacked that for decades and it just frustrates me how people can’t see that party lines don’t matter. The people in the parties that make decisions based on common sense matter more not lobbyist favouritism that dictates policy. Our leaders find it easier to keep the factions of our society at each other’s throats thru misinformation aided and abetted by their own publicly funded propaganda machine known as the CBC and CTV. Even with the advent of the internet it amazes me how stupid people are when they can’t even bother to fact check the simplest fallacies these media outlets release. I find it easier to ignore all the noise instead of frustrate my self with this lunacy. U wanna watch a movie to see where we are headed just watch Idiocracy. Will make u laugh but also say whoa look at the leaders we’ve had in the last few years and then scare the shit out of u. Reply With Quote

  • jazz's Avatar Mar 28, 2023 | 20:01 17 Keep this word in the back of your head...Venezuala. Once a vibrant economy, reduced to rubble with socialism that brought in inflation. Thats where Canada is going.

And PP cant turn this wreck around. Let Trudeau have it. Give him a bare minority next time and let the Libs ride it out. Get your accountant to firewall your business and let the chips fall where they may.

trudeau and freeland are certified retards and so is anyone who cast a vote for them.

While we were all looking at shiny green things, Trudeau snuck in a back door CG tax increase by raising the AMT.

Edit in: Sorry not Venezuela, I meant Argentina.

The requirements for a union shop for the billions of green subsidies directly targets Jugheads base.
Probably eliminates most of what are referred to as small buisness.

Literally mailing out food stamps to the unwashed masses now. 1 week of groceries, a multi billion dollar expense, just tacked on the countrys credit card. Meanwhile, the only industries keeping this country from going fully into the ditch, get nothing but more taxes.

Best analogy so far. GDP is flat as piss on a plate and no growth in anything but population. This country is a zombie and no one realizes it except those scampering around giving out food stamps. A resource based economy trying to masquerade as something else completely different and doing a poor job. Reply With Quote

  • Mar 29, 2023 | 15:57 22 It would be too easy to have a flat tax Reply With Quote

    Unfortunately very accurate
You can’t create wealth from recalculated money through government handouts . It must be produced. The poorest countries on earth have zero ability to create wealth . Canada has everything at it disposal but it is pissing it all away based on UN policy that should have zero do with a North American policy.
We are energy, mineral , food and water rich they are not but we are bowing down to their policy through UN agenda 2030 and WEF , the most foolish move in history
