A company that can recoup all costs of manufacturing in the price of a tire , including a profit, should not need government assistance. That is what banks are for.
I just wish farm groups would wake the puck up.
Other industries are getting money hand over fist while farmers pay retarded prices for tires , if they are available.
BTW Michelin tires are absolute garbage in my experience. Tractor tires.
