    John Tory....what a putz

Everyone thinks he is taking the high road by resigning.

The phucking guy shouldn't have run in the last election if he had an ounce of integrity.

    What a phucktard.

These things are overlooked with a simple " I'm sorry " never mind not having an elected mayor.

The only comment I can up with ....he is a liberal.

Or this is the diversion of something much worse that isn't found yet.

Why would he run knowing he had this baggage unless it was to use as a diversion to his bigger phuckups?

    Something is amiss.

A Friday night story forgotten by Monday.

First rule of business , bad news comes on Fridays. Gives time for people to ignore the problem with the diversion of a weekend hangover..

Its very true , bad news on Fridays.

Firings are usually end of week events.

Was told that way back in the 80s . Still holds true today.

Bucket the word on the inter webs is it’s cover for something else. A bigger Lib scandal or Doug Ford or something. Doesn’t smell right.

Tory was a proud member of the WEF.

After Trump . It dont matter. He still almost won. The only difference is Trump had zero conscience on everything.

          Yes "something is amiss"

John was Leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party from 2004 to 2009.

Bucket, was John keeping his shalong in his pants during that period?

Probably not. Chances are there is a whole lot more to this . But this way its a weekend blow over.

Doesn't matter what party he was or is with, he is a putz.

There are plenty of conservatives that are probably just as stupid as Tory.

For liberals it is a prerequisite.

Ezra Levant of Rebel News reported back in 2021 Tory’s Florida home had a lot of wild parties while the common folk in Toronto were confined to their houses.

Ford and Tory are not conservatives, nor ideologically aligned with the party.

Ford declared his love for Freeland this week and encouraged all premiers to do the same. All you need to know right there.

All Ford does is wait around for Justins vote buys for Toronto and then stands in for a photo op.

Looks like we could be setting up for a federal bailout of good ole Toronto, probably a couple maritime provinces as well. Looks like Tory decided the exit was the place to go.

Trudeau will be doing the same thing in the near future. Its all going to crumble with a repeat of 1994 when the loon was 60c, Canada was about to default and the IMF was licking its chops to get in here.

Tory (prefect name to be leader of the party) was never a Liberal, but you did get a standing ovation for your last sentence from the Agriville gallery. Safe play on your part Bucket.

After John's resignation as PC leader in 2009, he became a radio talk show host on CFRB.

Wasn't that what a current Premier became after leaving provincial politics with the title of nothing more than an opportunistic aisle crosser.

She did realize as John did that radio is a great way to continue to spread your B.S. with the chance to belly back up to the trough when voters may forget your past.

John did win two mayoral elections before it caught up to him, at 53% approval rate of the card holders, this acting premier may be back doing radio again very shortly.

Thanks for the compliment and to be fair, you could take "liberals" out of my last sentence and replace it with "politicians" in general.

I watch a lot of politics mostly because there are no commercials. But when the conservatives say farmers are affecting prices in the grocery store , I know they are doing a real disservice to farmers and getting consumers to be mad at farmers.

Anyone with half a brain knows farmers are still price takers and if we were getting the increases consumers were paying for a loaf of bread , wheat would be 30 bucks a bushel. maybe higher.

Same goes for pasta and durum etc.

It just irritates me when John Barlow talks about farmers affecting food inflation , but even more frustrating is farm groups never issue a release to counter the price increases.

Same goes for the beef lobby. While beef prices are higher , I can go to a Costco meat counter and cover the price of a good cull cow in about 4 packages.
