    nov dec 23 prices bolted today

    Wheat up $80 per tonne, approaching $400 per tonne
    Feed Barley up $120 per tonne
    I kid you not.

    Called free market.

                    Yes it’s mid winter, but the fact remains there is near zero soil moisture for 2-3 ft in many areas .
                    Will need huge recharge to even get an average crop .

                          Dry Jan and normal Feb would mean we will be relying on March storms and April rains from now on. But yes bumper crop already on the books ( sunny ways ) You can drive across a lot of our fields now.

                            Had a call today , new crop peas 10.25. They basically said we should be excited about this price.Pea acres will be down due to disease in our area big time.Said call me in the fall.
