liberals Banning new foreign ownership of housing will have an effect on the values? How about foreign owners who bought last year, can they still buy another house for uncle Chang?
Has there been any talk of this being applied to farmland?

Have to be a canadian resident to own more than 20 acres in AB. Sk has similar rules. There are so many with dual citizenship and go back and forth that there seems to be ways around this.
