How can anyone be supporting an untenable theory with such religious fervor as Chuck does, and not even bother knowing the most simple fundamental underlying concepts.
This would be equivalent of spending your last dime to seed your entire farm down to some unknown magic seed that a traveling snake oil salesman sold you. Not tested for germination, no idea what the plant is that will grow, if anything. And believing in it so hard that in August when it still hasn't come out of the ground, to be still criticizing your neighbors for not following your brilliant example.

So what do you think is the reason why Chuck can't seem to answer this simple question?
Is it because he found the answer and it completely contradicts everything he believes in?
Is it because he can't find the answer because no one else knows either, indicating that the entire scam is based on junk science?
Or is it because he has his head in the sand obstinately refusing to risk learning anything that might challenge his myopic worldview?

Absolutely. But wouldn't it be more fun and interesting and productive for all parties involved if he actually took the time to learn something about whatever he is arguing for? Instead of coming away looking like an idiot every time, and having to resort to childish insults as soon as the debate goes against him and he doesn't have any facts to counter with.

In about 200 years we went from 280 ppm to 420ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere, a relatively very rapid change with no sign that CO2 levels will stop rising anytime soon.

And even when they stop rising as the world transitions to lower carbon energy sources it will take many many years for CO2 levels to fall back to levels that may be of concern. It will be a very slow decline over 100s if not 1000s of years.

Only a dumbass would say its "not a real problem" but then go on about it as if it were a bigger problem than the current much bigger problem of rising CO2 levels and climate change.

No scientists or governments are saying this is a reason to keep burning fossil fuels. That's why A5 has given up and never produces any credible science to back up his pet fiction.

Huh? Its very easy to find NOAA, NASA, and numerous other credible scientific institutions in multiple with climate researchers providing large amounts of evidence.
