    Australian Weather Crop prospects

Dunno if posters have been following weather in Oz

Kinda damp in NSW and another round this week and look to continue.

Crop reductions maybe maybe not but downgrades seem inevitable.

Will world markets take note doubt it just a ripple in scheme of things.

Domestically increase premium grades one would think and decrease feed wheats.

Some spots had 100mm last two days and 200 for last 7.

Not me were sort of100 kms from where its starts.

Big variance at elevator even though harvest hasn't started. Bog standard medium protein milling wheat $43 spread per tonne between top price and bottom plus many buyers not posting prices at all.

getting super serious now for a lot of the prime cropping areas.

another 2 plus inches forecast this coming week.

my patch ample moisture but be rarely flood might get low lying areas muddied out for a few days then vanishes.

but more of a domestic issue not a market mover worldwide.

but could be supportive for Lentil market

We land tomorrow in Sydney tomorrow morning and then off to Cairns, hopefully the weather won’t dampen our spirits. With any luck hope, you get more sun ☀️ and crops improve and have a bountiful harvest.
