Sep 19, 2022 | 20:10 92 Another half inch today. Swathed canola loving it. Swathed cereals? Not so much. Reply With Quote

Easier the get splashed up with manure if the cheque is worth waiting for.
Grassers been a tough spring and summer for them find out later today how it works out. They looked pretty green going on the truck I know they are lighter than last years batch. But treading water and eating lush wet grass doesn't pack the pounds on. My order buyer says they will sell well hope he's right. Reply With Quote

  • Sep 20, 2022 | 07:46 95 It looks like Canola harvest may start this week around Regina. Trip from Regina to Yorkton last Wednesday and most Canola is neatly laid in giant swathes. We heard of one farmer going straight yesterday and testing dry in afternoon. Its gonna be giver hell time any day now, lots of Canola out there.

  • Sep 20, 2022 | 12:04 99 Cold drizzly NW wind , will be cold 🥶 by morning.
But Agriville a better place today 😁, a little clean up was needed . Thank you Admin 👍.
Hopefully return to harvest in a day or two to finish up and move on . Reply With Quote

  • Sep 20, 2022 | 12:58 100 Mostly canola left to go. Interesting with canola standing to ripen cause you can see through the thin crappy spots. Definitely a waiting game compared to swathing. I’ll take swaths over this but need to ride with neighbours to see how it works out. Reply With Quote

But you always give something for what you get. Reply With Quote

  • SASKFARMER's Avatar Sep 20, 2022 | 14:16 103 looks like when we get rolling we really will be able to roll all the way to the finish line.

first 12 quarters heavy canola then finish 10 more of wheat then back to finish the later canola. Reply With Quote

Forecast changes multiple times a day. Who knows? Right now it does look promising. Reply With Quote
Sep 20, 2022 | 16:57 105 No rain in our forecast for the next 14 days too, but that can change pretty quick. Yesterdays and today’s rain was supposed to 1 to 3mm, we ended up with 1.3 inches maybe something got lost in the conversion. Reply With Quote
