          One thing I have learned over the years, is never ever ever say that. Mother nature has a wicked sense of humor. See that once, and 6 inches of rain later and she'll still be laughing at her practical joke. Or almost a foot like she has given us in the past month and change

                              According to that, we will be below normal temp and above normal precip this fall, in the areas that need teh exact opposite due to late crops. Maybe the upcoming heat will speed things up enough that the fall weather won't be such an issue.

                              Or else the long range forecast will be as accurate as every other long range forecast...
