What is old, is new again!

    Causes
The underlying causes of the French Revolution are generally seen as arising from the failure of the Ancien Régime to manage social and economic inequality. Rapid population growth and the inability to adequately finance government debt resulted in economic depression, unemployment and high food prices. Combined with a regressive tax system and resistance to reform by the ruling elite, it resulted in a crisis Louis XVI proved unable to manage.

      "January 5, 2022

Dear Family Members of Pleasantview Care Home Residents,

As we enter 2022 we are faced with a very contagious strain of COVID-19 in our communities. The Omicron variant is so contagious that we need to temporarily increase our safety measures to keep family presence as safe as possible. It is essential that residents stay connected with their families, but we need your help to do it safely.

On Thursday, January 6th, our home will be temporarily moving to level 1 Family Presence Restrictions.
      Level 1 family presence means:
      • Two essential family/support persons can be designated for each resident.
      • One person can be present at a time indoors. No limit on persons present at a time outdoors.
      • NOTE: For end-of-life or palliative care; more than two essential family/support persons can be designated and two essential family/support persons can be present at the same time.

We know that people with no symptoms, even those who are fully vaccinated (including their booster) can still carry and spread the COVID-19 virus. An easy way to keep our residents, staff and community safe is to use rapid tests to stop the spread of Omicron. Rapid COVID-19 self-tests are safe, easy and gentle to use and can be done at your home or ours! If you need, we can provide you with a testing kit and help you complete the test.

Please take a rapid COVID-19 test right before you visit (results available in 15 minutes)."

Keep rereading till it SINKS in.

Prior to today UNLIMITED Vaxed visitors were allowed in, just show a PASS! Maybe those got residents SICK!
