Stop bragging by showing off your lush green vegetation on the right. Looks like an oasis compared to here. Reply With Quote

  • May 2, 2021 | 10:29 9 Doesn't give me a lot of joy.
Had hopes of early seeding this year and the fields were still to wet from the snow melt. Heavy clay land takes a long time to dry especially when its always cold.
It always surprises me how quickly early May seeding turns into late May seeding! Reply With Quote

    Very true !!

here we are concerned about the heavy clay land getting hard, got about 10 days then it will be interesting.
rain in the forecast but that changes every day. not counting on any so will shoot for 8-10% seeding a day and hopefully get er in the short window we have for now. Reply With Quote

  • May 2, 2021 | 18:47 13 Where will canola price settle if the prairies start seeing normal rainfall? I realize it’ll take a good size crop to rebuild stocks but the $16.50 December prices might look pretty good. Reply With Quote
