    More Communist CCPTrudeau Incest

    Just got this morning’s report:

    From: "SK.info.SK (AAFC/AAC)"
Date: April 7, 2021 at 11:04:51 AM CST

Subject: Saskatchewan ATS Bulletin - April 2021

    Included was this blurb:

    China Policy Subscriptions

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Global Affairs Canada have contracted with China Policy to develop and distribute a monthly industry newsletter in both official languages to interested Canadian clients in the agriculture and agri-food sector. The newsletter will be used as a tool to better inform Canadian agriculture stakeholders of developments in:

    Chinese agriculture and food,
commodity pricing and purchases (particularly related to meat, grains and seafood),
competitor activities, and developments related to key players in the agriculture sector.
With the increasing complexity of doing business in China, it is becoming increasingly crucial that Canadian agriculture and agri-food clients have access to pertinent and detailed information on the China market. The service is free but individuals need to register.

“Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Global Affairs Canada have contracted with China Policy......”

Excuse me ..... Why is Canada Govt contracting with China?

Whaaaat? Parsley this is market research for one of our biggest customers for ag products. Are you suggesting that we stop doing business with China? They have been driving a lot of demand for grains in the last few months.

China is one of those Catch 22 situations. Of course we want to sell to them but, getting incestuous with a regime that practices genocide, has ongoing human rights violations, steals intellectual property, engages in cyber warfare with the west, and releases a dangerous virus from a lab while blaming it on a bat drive thru? Sell to them yes. Keep your distance? Definitely.

Ask the two Michaels what they think.

What is amusing to me is that anyone believes that the brain trust of the Trudeau government could provide pertinent information. They talk about turning Canada into an agricultural powerhouse on one hand but on the other fumble the ball on trade issues with India and China and then impose an escalating carbon tax that will make Canadian producers much less competitive on the world stage! Governments are parasites and generally a detriment to successful business.

Russia is in the same category as China on many fronts. But Trump admired Putin who is making sure he will be in power until 2035.

Most countries are afraid to standup to China because of the impact on trade. China needs the world and the worlds need China. Unless you think we should let the GDP fall?

The only option is continued pressure and sanctions. But be prepared to see their market close.

              Absolutely.
Let everyone of all ages have an equal vote on social matters.
Need to earn the right to vote on financial matters. And no one has earned that right more than businesses.

You are wasting your time. Chuck can't read maps, he still thinks Saskatchewan's off shore drilling regulations aren't strict enough.

I didn't say Russia is exactly like China. But Russia's record speaks for itself.

Murdering and poisoning opposition leaders. Murdering and jailing journalists. Invading Crimea. Oppressing minorities.

Corruption and cronyism at high levels. A failed experiment with democracy. Putin is setting himself up to be dictator for life.

Some posters seem to admire Putin. I am sure there is lots of farmland for sale if you pay off the right people. And you can find lots of "good" russian equipment. And you can work in the Siberian oil fields in the off season. It will seem just like northern Alberta.

Its gotta to be better than this "shithole" country! LOL

With Russian troops amassing on Ukraine border, an awful sense of déjà-vu: Is Putin on cusp of invasion?
