Just speculating there could be a bump higher before new crop becomes plentiful.
      And it will

Will it....been hot and dry for a while now and if farmers bins are empty they may take some to pay the bills but will it all come....my calculations say it takes over 25bpa to start making money on a canola crop....

$80 for seed, $80 for fertilizer, $20 for spray minimum, $20 for seeding , $20 for combining, then if you have a land payment or rent...another 50...

Holy cow maybe the whole crop does come to the system...

The low spots are still green while the rest of the field is close to ready.....is not a good indicator....for any kind of bumper crop...three more days of heat ....yikes...

Maybe Mr. Townsend should do another crop tour...and tell the market what he sees now...

Noticing some short and missing pods......definitely no bumper.
