    My L233p canola has a light even sprinkle of plants that are a foot taller with no pods.Anyone else this?

                  I think those are aster yellows, infected plants from leafhopper bugs blown up by the southern winds. We are due for another round of those, about 10 years ago we had them bad.

                        Yes could be male sterile plants. Usually they grow quite large with little to no pods.

                              What you have is winter canola in the seed. This is more than I have seen but was quite common a few years ago. They multiply the seed in countries that have winter canola.
