There are few things we know for sure but this is one of them: Dividend paying stocks on a 25000 Dow are better value than dividend paying stocks on a 30000 Dow. This week will be a week that once again the slow learners get to figure out that China is dependent on the USA not the USA on China. Anyhow it is time to buy before too late. If anyone is wondering where the money from last weeks sell off went, 10 year US treasuries are headed below 1%. That's where. Now I am once again worried about negative rates in the US. Not from the FED printing, but every other central bank around the world printing.
