I see ceebeecee has a so called information story, really it's a trial balloon, for Justin Trudeau to govern Canada while winning the 2nd most seats from this election. Even if Scheer were to elect the most MP's, ceebeecee says Justin can still govern by gaining support from the other parties. They say he's PM now and will continue to be PM, and even though he gets the 2nd most seats, with the help of other parties he can still be PM!
We've had many minority governments over the years, but I'm sure the each time, the 1st place finisher formed the minority government not the 2nd place finisher.

This should come as no surprise. The only solution is the Republic of Western Canada.

Charles Adler had a segment from 2015 where Trudeau was saying that the party with the most seats should get first chance to form government.

P. Trudeau went into the election with a majority, and ended up after the election with 22 fewer MP's than J. Clark. Clark became PM for that sitting, not the 2nd place finisher,,, Trudeau!
