Obviously the remote weather sensors must be turned off in these areas and not included in the overall averages. Hahahahaha or they got snowed over and can’t transmit. Lmao!!!!

Let’s deal with the real world issues we can deal with.

..it's an example of science with a predetermined conclusion..ipcc was given the mandate to prove increasing carbon dioxide levels was man made so that's what it did. Nobody disputes man has an effect...I would say its argued dishonestly to what degree

Where is chuck to offer some reassuring words when we need him the most. Please Chuck, surely you must have a cut and paste Which refutes this and will reassure us that global warming is still Alive and well.

                    From the posted article.
"USGS still says on its website glaciers could all disappear sometime between 2030 and 2080, depending on how much warming occurs. As recent years demonstrate, however, glacial melt can be slowed by heavy winter snowfall.

“The overall picture remains the same, however, and that picture is that the glaciers all continue to retreat,” USGS said."

Glaciers are still retreating. When and where they disappear will depend on many factors. Human caused climate change will speed up the process.

Irrigation farmers might want to be concerned about their subsidized irrigation water sources declining.

Many of you are still preparing for the next ice age I assume? Pack some thermal wollys now while you still have time!

Don't let the facts or science get in your quest for the truth! LOL

Yup the earth is warming, just like it has for the past 10,000 yrs since the last time a mile of ice was over chucks current location.

The point of the article is two fold. First they were wrong again by a huge factor. Secondly they dont really know wtf is going to happen, so they put out some mushy statement and move the date far past most peoples lifetimes now so that should keep the hysteria going.

Drill below your feet for awhile.
The changes that have happened over unfathomable lengths of time.
                        Don't waste, don't needlessly pollute.
But don't jump overboard to save the ship for fks sake.

I would be happy with an accurate 7 day forecast....then a 3 day accurate one as well...not to worried about hysteria 30, 40 , 50 years out....

We live in a clean country compared to those near a coal mine in Russia...have you seen that in Canada???

Thanks Chuck, we needed that quick dose of good news, after all the frosts, snow and cold lately, it is easy to lose sight of the big picture. Good to know that global warming is still alive and well, just don't leave us hanging for so long next time, our mental health is dependant on this.
